تحالف عالمي يسلط الأضواء على الأردن ويشيد بالمجمع الإنجيلي

خصص سكرتير عام التحالف الإنجيلي العالمي World Evangelical Alliance تقريره الأسبوعي المتلفز للحديث عن الأردن وتعاملها مع جائحة الكورونا كما أشادب المجمع الإنجيلي الأردني في سد بعض الحاجات الإنسانية الطارئة في الأردن.  المعروف ان التحالف الإنجيلي العالمي له فروع في 129 دولة ويضم 640 مليون انجيلي حول العالم. وقال السكرتير العام للتحالف الاسقف إفرايم تنديرو ا “رغم ان سكان الأردن اقل من عشرة مليون الا انها تستوعب أكبر عدد من اللاجئين في العالم.” وقال تنديروا في فيديو مدته خمس دقائق مخصص للوضع في الاردن ان المسؤولين نجحوا في السيطرة على وباء الكورونا وذلك من خلال نظام صارم شمل منع تجول وتشكيل فرق صحية للفحص وللتدخل والعزل السريع.

أكد الاسقف،وهو من أصول فليبينية، ان النظام الصارم تطلب مساعدات إنسانية بسبب تعطل الحياةالاقتصادية مشيداً بالتعاون بين النشطاء المسيحين في الأردن والجهات الرسمية. ونوه الاسقف للتنسيق العالي  لمؤسسات انجيلية في الأردن مع دائرة السجون ووزارة التنمية الاجتماعية في توفير مساعدات إنسانية ومتطلبات صحية  “لخدمةالسجون” لنزلاء خلف القضبان والعديد من العاملات الاجنبيات التي تقطعت عنهم السبل بسبب إغلاق الأجواء.

كما أشاد بما قام به المجمع الإنجيلي الأردني العضو في التحالف العالمي ومؤسسات انجيلية في مساعدة الايتام من خلال برنامج “أحد الايتام” ونادي “الحكمة”لكبار السن ومشروع حماية المعنفات من خلال تخصيص نزل خاص للسيدات شمل 21 امرأة تعاني من مشاكل اجتماعية وعنف منزلي.

وحيا المسؤول الإنجيلي العالمي تعاون كنائس إنجيلية  في الأردن في دعم المحتاجين خاصة في فترة شهر رمضان. ودعا الاسقف ان يتم دعم الأردن والمؤسسات الإنسانية الانجيلية التي تقوم بخدمات هامة في المجال الاغاثي والإنساني.

تأسس المجمع الإنجيلي الأردني  وهو عضو في التحالف العالمي عام 2006 ويتشكل المجمع من خمس كنائس هي كنيسة الاتحاد المسيحي، والكنيسة الإنجيلية الحرة، وكنيسة جماعات الله الأردنية، والكنيسة المعمدانية الأردنية، وكنيسة الناصري الإنجيلية.

He praised the cooperation and coordination ofChristians with Jordanian officials in dealing with the emergency. Hehighlighted the worker of evangelicals in providing humanitarian aid andmedical supplies to prisoners through the “Prison Ministry” and foreigndomestic workers who were affected by the closure of the airport.The work ofinstitutions connected to the Jordan Evangelical Council, which is a member ofthe WEA was also covered in the report including the efforts of the Jordanianbranch of Orphan Sunday and the work of the “Beit Al Hikmeh” senior citizen’sclub, as well as the support, is given to battered women through providing a shelterthat has absorbed 21 women who are experiencing social problems and domesticviolence.Theinternational official also praised the work of evangelical churches in Jordanthat have given help to the needy including during the month of Ramadan. Thebishop called for support to Jordan and to evangelical organizations that aredoing important humanitarian work.The JordanEvangelical Council established in 2006 is made up of five churches: Baptists,Alliance, Assemblies of God, Nazarene, and Evangelical Free Church.
